		<description>According to Bill Devaney he is a good &quot;fit&quot; for our scheme with Al Saunders. None of these kids have played a down yet so he is as good as everyone else for now. Rams went with high character and players that they thought were hungry to play football some ballers as I would say. Hopefully it will pan out. They also dropped Byrd toay to send the players a message that they no longer are going to put up with off field issues or&#160;sorry work ethic.&#160;</description>
