St. Louis Rams Injuries From Saturday

The St. Louis Rams reported that several receivers were injured in the game Saturday night against the Baltimore Ravens at the Edward Jones Dome. Dante Hall was injured on a punt return. The play did not look that serious but after the tackle Hall limped off. Drew Bennett suffered a groin injury in the game, while his play on the field was once again not very good. I still do not know why the Rams gave a 30 million dollar contract to a player that had one decent year in his entire NFL career. With the Rams he has not played well and continues to have nagging injuries. I would love to see the Rams go into the season with Torry Holt, Donnie Avery and Keenan Burton as the top three; why not learn on the fly. In addition to Hall and Bennett getting injured Reche Caldwell sprained his knee which probably ended his hope of making the roster.

Only the Dante Hall injury would have an impact for now. The last spot on this roster will probably be whoever can make it as the last receiver. If Hall’s injury is long term does Brandon Williams, Derek Stanley or Marques Hagans get a shot?
