My Take On Rams-LA

Tiffany did a nice post earlier today about the report that AEG has talked with five NFL teams about purchase and relocation to Los Angeles, so I thought I’d weigh in on the matter as well. Needless to say, I wasn’t happy when I saw this report out there earlier today, but being unhappy and being worried are two totally different things. I mean, it’s not like there’s no chance the Rams move back to LA, but I really think the chances are slim.

First of all, as far as NFL franchises in trouble go, the Rams certainly aren’t the worst off. I mean, the Jaguars, even when they are good, can’t sell out their stadium. The Vikings don’t even have a stadium right now. The Rams, as bad as we have been over the last few years, have still had respectable attendance numbers, especially this past season. Now, I realize our stadium is an issue, especially after it was voted the worst in the NFL, but I think Stan Kroenke will be true to his word to try everything to keep the team in St. Louis. If you want to look at odds, I would have to say that out of the five teams contacted, the Rams have the least chance of making the move. At least for right now. Things can change, but I don’t think
