Eek, defenses not defences. Whoops, anyway… I rememder not to long ago, a team from New Orleans made their mark with a running back by committee and a dynamic group of others. They faired pretty well. The Rams need to pick up another good defensive guard and a dynamic outside linebacker in free agency. It, would be great if the Rams could land Mark Herzlich; LB Boston. For the outside, over Quinn. What a duo. Mark is going to be playing like a mad man after being passed in the draft. Also, there is a big back from Wisconsin. That they should latch onto also. Then just say wow.

It, would be great if the Rams did pick up Sproles and Slaton and Bush. It, would make their back field almost unstoppable. By, allowin themselves to choose which to spell and which to duo up. The recieving corps, is going to be eating cake. Because, while their opposing defences are scraching their hair ouy trying to defend the freshest runner. Our new offensive coord will be picking apart their secondaries. Keeping, the recievers fresh alternating them and running their defensive backs into the ground. Then throw in a well rested group of well catching recievers and bingo-gone. While, their defensive line withers at the same time.

I’d like to see the Rams give Steve Slaton a true place in the back field as the featured tail back and put Steven Jackson as the Full back. I think, that the true dynamics of the two/duo would only increase each of their potential and make the defenses put the necessary men up to meet them. Leaving, the new and better/healthier recieving corps to pick apart any defence.
