I understand your concerns about his pay but that was before the rookie salary cap.I'm not sure why they ignored the need for a premier receiver or a good left tackle.I watch these games with so much pain because I miss the days for Youngblood and Dryer.

Of course I understand that it’s a team sport. I also played football. I understand its necessary have good WR’s to explode skills of good QB, and also is necessary run the ball in order to throw the ball.
But the Key for the offense is the big guys on front. A good left OT could help much as you and I could figure it.
That reasons is because I’m thinking Bradford its overpaid, too much money for him does not belong to pay a good WR. I’m not saying Bradford is bad QB, but it’s overpaid. If Rams cannot trade him, must be restructuring his contract in order to have or select a good WR’s and also a good RB. Steven Jackson is not same RB as last 4 years.
For me this 2011 season Rams did not play with pride. I missed those Rams for the 80’s with a great defense and excellent RB as Erik Dickerson was, they play with pride without a good QB and they could make play off. Kurt Warner had good luck with Marshall Faulk as RB, Tory Holt and Bruce as WR’s and of course I feel pride when they were champions and lost with Pats. But as you said Warner in Arizona had Fitzgerald.
I think the first step is change of GM and head coach then changes will come over QB. May be we can have fortune hiring a good coach could help Bradford to be successful as coach Harbough did with former first selection Alex Smith with 49ers.
Good luck to you and Go Rams!!
