Sorry, Rams fans, but you’re going to be upset after you look at the NFL power Rankings for Week Two. I think that there are way too many question marks on the offensive line for the Rams to be a competitive team this year. I definitely do not see them making a run at the playoffs, especially with so many talents teams in the NFC like San Francisco, Green Bay, Chicago, Detroit, Atlanta and Dallas.
The Rams defense wasn’t terrible last week, but it needs to improve a lot personnel wise over the next one or two seasons. At the same time, the offense looked like it hasn’t figured out its identity at all. The play calling was balanced, but there were no shots taken down field or home runs hit out of the backfield. Overall, I think the team can creep its way up the power rankings as the season progresses; however, it really needs to improve across the board.
