Happy Humpday everyone! Hopefully, your week has flown by as quickly as ours, as the NFL slowly begins to pick up the pace as we head towards the start of training camp. With the Home Run Derby and MLB All-Star Game complete, the entire sports-media focus should be redirected back to the NFL. So, naturally, there are going to be plenty of reviews, previews, and random guessing about the upcoming season pouring onto the front page of the news. For the Rams, here is our roundup of links!

Daryl Richardson projected as Rams’ No. 1 running back

If anyone ever doubted that Daryl Richardson would be the No. 1 running back on the depth chart headed into training camp, you should strongly consider refraining from analyzing St. Louis’ sports. However, this is merely training camp and, naturally, he will have to actually “earn” that spot in the coming weeks. For now, his main competition is likely Zac Stacy, who figures to be the downhill, short-yardage back in the rotation… for now. It is anyone’s guess who will come out on top by September. However, the smart money would be on Richardson maintaining his current spot on the depth chart.

If you haven’t been paying attention these last couple of weeks, NFL.com has put together a March Madness-style bracket in an attempt to find the “Greatest Uniform” in the history of the league. We are now into the fourth round, meaning that only eight jerseys remain. Sadly, the current St. Louis Rams’ jersey was eliminated in the opening round. However, the 1973-1980 Los Angeles Rams throwback is still in the mix, facing off against the 2012 Carolina Panthers alternate. Somehow, the Rams are losing right now…. but, we can do our best to change that!

Examining St. Louis Rams’ Offseason and Key Preseason Positional Battles

Bleacher Report essentially released their “offseason review” and “training camp preview” in one massive article; grading the 2013 NFL Draft class, breaking down position battles, listing the 2013 schedule, and more.

NFL’s top 10 receiving corps; Atlanta Falcons rank No. 1

This article is not necessarily St. Louis Rams related… but, that is the problem. Somehow, the Rams’ new batch of toys is not getting any respect in the NFL, not even making the Top 19 receiving corps in the league. Between Jared Cook, Chris Givens, and Tavon Austin, St. Louis should have a formidable trio. Throw in Stedman Bailey, Lance Kendricks, and Brian Quick and you have enough potential to blow the doors off any roster. Guess they will just have to show everyone this season!
