Before the season started the Rams chose two games in which they would wear the fan-loved blue and yellow uniforms at home. The two games that were chosen were the games against the Titans and Buccaneers in memory of the Rams’ wins over the Bucs and Titans on their Cinderella Super Bowl run.

The Rams already wore their throwbacks earlier in the season in their 28-21 loss to the Titans, and to finish things off at home this week, the throwbacks are being brought back once again.

This week is also fan appreciation day at the dome and their will be plenty promotions during the game to thank the fans.

All fans in attendance will receive 50 percent off all team merchandise, and also half-price hot dogs and Dr. Pepper products during Sunday’s game. Additionally, all fans will receive a Rams scratch-off ticket upon entry, which will feature team prizes. In addition the first 15,000 fans in attendance will receive a Chris Long figurine.

The Rams have had a lot of big wins at home this season featuring last week’s 27-16 win over the Saints, the 42-21 win over the Bears, and you can’t forget about the season opener in which the Rams beat the Cardinals 27-24 marking the first time the Rams started 1-0 since 2006.

The Rams’ recent success has brought fans back into the dome the crowd of 66,024 against the Bears was the team’s highest in seven years. If maintained through the season finale, the Rams’ average attendance of 57,319 would be the team’s highest mark since 2008.

The Rams have won some big games with the throwback recently. Last season the Rams upset the 49ers 16-13 in overtime with the old blue and yellow uniforms. The Rams will look to get back on the winning track with the throwbacks.
