Rams DE Robert Quinn is named the 2014 Defensive Player of the Year by the PFWA

Rams defensive end Robert Quinn has been named the 2013 NFL Defensive Player of the Year by the Pro Football Writers of America. Quinn has recorded 19 sacks, 7 sack assists, 57 tackles and an astounding seven forced fumbles this season with the Rams.

 

 

He beat out many other qualified candidates including Robert Mathis, Richard Sherman, JJ Watt and Earl Thomas. Congratulations Robert!
