As great as it was to snatch him up off waivers last year, the cat is out of the bag. Stacy will go in at least first two rounds in all leagues. While the “Staced God” is indeed a beast, I believe that he will get slightly overdrafted. If you can snag him in the middle of the second round or later, you will have gotten a solid deal.
