The NFL preseason is finally over after five long grueling weeks, and come Sunday, the St. Louis Rams will play their home opener against the Minnesota Vikings. The Rams curse continued throughout the preseason as it was a rough one to say the least. After having high expectations for this season, quarterback Sam Bradford was lost for the entire year leaving little hope for something that is long overdue, a winning season.
Cornerback Trumaine Johnson will also be out four to six weeks and the team only managed one win. To say the least Rams have to be glad to finally be out of the preseason.
Hopefully the regular season brings good fortune, but it certainly won’t be easy as the Rams once again have one of the more difficult schedules around the league. However, St. Louis does have some winnable games, and if they can take advantage, a run at the playoffs is still a possibility.
