Fantasy Football Start ‘Em, Sit ‘Em Week Seven

The St. Louis Rams are coming off a tough loss this week after losing 31-17 to their division rival San Francisco 49ers. The Rams will play their second division game in as many weeks only this time against the Seattle Seahawks. St. Louis will be looking to get revenge per se after getting swept by the Seahawks last season and losing a very tight game at home on Monday Night Football

Although this game isn’t anticipated to be very high scoring, there will be plenty of fantasy points to be distributed throughout the game. Both the Seahawks and Rams have two of the league’s top defenses as well as a plethora of weapons on offense.

The Seahawks did  just trade Percy Harvin which will spice things up a little bit. Here are our players that you should start and sit in this weeks game between the St. Louis Rams and Seattle Seahawks.
