St. Louis Rams New Uniform: NFL Concept Helmets

facebooktwitterreddit

When it comes to the St. Louis Rams, something that always comes to discussion is the uniform. Ever since the team switched to the current Blue and Gold, fans have wanted a switch back to the classic blue and yellow and use the classic blue and white as their throwbacks.

While this isn’t a full uniform change, it does highlight a new helmet. Deeyung Entertainment came up with concept designs for all 32 NFL helmets and this is what he came up with for the Rams.

As you can see, the helmet has a solid blue background with a yellow frame and with yellow also being the secondary color.

Deeyung Entertainment also out together a Rams helmet with the current blue and gold:

Instead of a blue background, Deeyung switched the primary and secondary color by using a gold background and blue frame. He also added a nice touch with a Rams horn texture to the gold background.

These two helmets are both pretty awesome and they are something that I wouldnt mind the Rams wearing on an alternative basis. As creative looking as they are, there are some major problems that I have with it.

The Rams have used the horn on the side of their helmet since they were the Los Angeles Rams wearing the classic blue and white uniforms. It’s one of those things, like the Philadelphia Eagles wing, that you just can’t leave off the helmet.

Aside from that though, as mentioned earlier, these helmets are pretty sick looking. Of the 32 helmets, the Rams helmet might be one of the best looking ones.

Some of the better results also include the Dolphins, Broncos, Jets, and Steelers. To view all 32 helmets click the link here. Also be sure to follow Deeyung on Instagram and Twitter by entering the user tag @DeeyungEntertainment and @deeyung.
