4. Arizona Cardinals (2)

Last week, the Arizona Cardinals received the benefit of the doubt for their preseason struggles, but their performance against the Texans on Sunday was flat-out embarrassing. If this team is going to have any shot at competing in the NFC, they better fix these preseason woes and fast.

Not only did Carson Palmer look shaky with two interceptions, but the quarterback was taken out of the game sooner than expected after taking a nasty hit that resulted in his helmet popping off. Palmer was one of the main reasons why Arizona saw so much success in 2015, but his performance against Houston’s defense was concerning–even if Larry Fitzgerald was out of the lineup.

Nobody could have predicted that Arizona would be winless heading into the final week of preseason and let’s hope this team is ready to go once Week 1 rolls around. Otherwise, Cardinals fans are going to be extremely disappointed this season.
