According to a report, the Los Angeles Rams will be going with a blue and white color on their uniforms for the 2017 season while getting rid of the gold color.

Between Sean McVay taking over the head coaching duties to Jared Goff beginning his first year as the full-time starter, the Los Angeles Rams are a team of many changes heading into the 2017 season, as they look to bounce back from a disappointing 4-12 finish this year. With that being said, it appears the team will be going through a uniform change as well, but nothing different with the design.

Instead, the Rams will reportedly just be switching the colors around, according to Ben Isaacs of The Week Junior. From what Isaacs reports, Los Angeles will be eliminating the gold color all together and replacing it with white, which gives it a solid combination with the blue they already have on the uniforms.

Here’s a look at the new logos below:

Who knows, maybe the Rams felt it was necessary to switch up the uniforms to complete the fresh start after firing Jeff Fisher towards the end of the 2016 season. When considering Los Angeles failed to record a single winning season in the five years under Fisher, this would be an understanding reason since the team took a major step in the wrong direction this year.

If this report does end up being true, it will be exciting to see Los Angeles on the football field with these colors during the 2017 season, as the team hopes to reach a whole new level with the McVay era officially underway.
