I have a soft spot for Kent because I am a big Oregon fan, and he was awfully impressive playing three sports as a Duck, and doing all three of them very well. At 6-foot-4 with outstanding speed, I have to think he could be a solid NFL receiver if someone would give him a chance, because he is still learning the position and the game. He is an outstanding special teams player, and the potential is there. I’m not lobbying for him to come back to St. Louis, because we already have a logjam at the receiver position, but I think we can see that this lockout is affecting more than just the multi-millionaires who are sitting at home counting their money.
