]]> The St. Louis Rams traded for Laurent Robinson of the Atlanta Falcons. The Rams swapped their 5th at 6th round draft picks in the 2009 NFL Draft. The Rams will be moving down from pick #138 to pick #160 in the 5th round. Robinson is a big receiver at 6’2″ and about 200 pounds. In addition he is only 23 years old. The Rams continue to attempt to get younger, stronger, and faster. Robinson could be a steal for the Rams. Robinson was a 3rd round draft pick of the Atlanta Falcons in the 2007 NFL Draft.  Due to a hamstring injury Robinson only had 5 catches in 2008 and was placed on IR, but he did produce 37 receptions for 437 yards and a TD in 2007. Billy Devaney was with the Atlanta Falcons when the Falcons drafted Robinson, so you know he is a big fan.
