]]> Today is the start of the 2009 NFL season. At 6PM St. Louis time, the NFL will release the 2009 NFL schedule. Sometimes these schedules can make or break a team. Last year the St. Louis Rams started against the Philadelphia Eagles and the Super Bowl Champion New York Giants and never really recovered, as they started the season 0-4. This year the schedule can be just as important. I would like to start at home opening day against the San Francisco 49ers, then go on the road against the Detroit Lions and then back home against the Seattle Seahawks. Will we get that lucky, find out tonight at 6PM on the NFL Network, or check NFL.com. I would love to have a great start like 3-0, 3-0 in the conference, and 2-0 in the division. NFL teams can build a lot of momentum from great starts.
