Steven is up against LenDale White of the Tennessee Titans and Clinton Portis of the Washington Redskins. Jackson hammered the Dallas Cowboys for 160 yards rushing and 3 touchdowns during the Rams 34-14 victory Sunday at the Edward Jones Dome. The NFL will announce the winner on Friday so head on over and vote for Steven Jackson!

If Steven Jackson wins FedEx will make a $1,000 donation in Steven’s name to the local Safe Kids USA coalition in St. Louis. FedEx is teamed up with Safe Kids USA – a national non-profit organization that works to prevent accidental injury among children – to deliver safer kids by making weekly $1,000 donations in the winning players’ cities. The funding directly benefits pedestrian safety improvements throughout the year.

]]> Steven Jackson has won the NFL NFC offensive Player of the week award. Jackson was outstanding in the St. Louis Rams 34-14 victory over the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday. Jackson had 160 yards rushing on 25 carries and scored 3 touchdowns. Jackson has averaged over 100 yards rushing over his last three games. I believe Jackson is now in game shape and about at the point he would have been if he wouldn’t have held out through training camp. MRI results yesterday did not show any serious quad damage so hopefully Jackson will be able to put up some number this week in New England. Congrats to S-Jack!!!
