The Seattle Seahawks travel to Oakland to play what is emerging as a bad Raiders team. The Seahawks are coming off of a tough loss at home to the 5-0 Rams, who look to have an absolute stranglehold on the NFC West.

This really should be a layup for Seattle. I get the “Black Hole” in Oakland, an overrated Chucky in head coach Jon Gruden, etc., but this is a game where if the Seahawks are as good in Week 6 as they were against an undefeated Rams team they win, plain and simple.

It’s also another chance for the NFC West to lay one on their brethren in the AFC West. Outside of the Kansas City Chiefs, the Los Angeles Chargers are the only other team over .500 with both the Broncos and Raiders looking at a lost 2018.

Seattle, who is looking to keep some kind of pace with the Los Angeles Rams, needs a rebound kind of game resulting in a win. After the Raiders, they have a quick turnaround with a short week and a game against the Detroit Lions also on the road.

Bottom line, they have two consecutive games again two opponents they can beat. It’s an opportunity they should take advantage of.
