3. Anderson proved to be a great fit for Rams on offense

Right away, there was some criticism surrounding the decision by the Rams to bring Anderson on board in December since Los Angeles would be his fourth team after previous failed stints with the Denver Broncos, Carolina Panthers, and Oakland Raiders.

At the time, some of the fans who questioned the decision by the Rams to bring on Anderson were upset over the fact that John Kelly wouldn’t be taking on a larger role in the absence of Gurley during the final stretch of the regular season.

Luckily, it only took Anderson one game to show he was the better option over Kelly after running for 167 yards with a touchdown against Arizona’s defense in Week 16, making plenty of fantasy football owners participating in their championship game quite happy.

Despite the previous failed attempts with the other three teams, Anderson is the perfect example of what a player is capable of when he finds a system like the Rams that helps bring out the best talent wise.

After watching Anderson find success in less than two months of action, just imagine what kind of impact he could make with an entire offseason to work with Los Angeles if he were to sign again during free agency.
