22. Baltimore Ravens: Marquise Brown, Wide Receiver, Oklahoma

During last year’s draft, the Baltimore Ravens traded back up into the first round to select former Louisville star Lamar Jackson, and the best part is it didn’t really take that long to watch him make a serious impact as a rookie.

Just like his playing days with the Cardinals, Jackson proved to be most dangerous when using his legs since opposing defenders struggled at times to keep the young quarterback in check. And despite Joe Flacco eventually getting healthy enough from a hip injury to return late in the 2018 season, Jackson was doing such a great job on offense for Baltimore, they decided to stick with the rookie.

To show their commitment to Jackson, the Ravens recently announced their intention to trade Flacco to the Denver Broncos, which means now the team can fully focus on building a strong offense around their new franchise quarterback.

In order for this to happen, Baltimore should focus on selecting a wide receiver early on, and for a player who seems to get better with experience, Marquise Brown could be right up their ally.

The Oklahoma product looks like the kind of deep threat Jackson desperately needs to make his sophomore campaign much easier to handle, and the 75 catches for 1,318 with 10 touchdowns recorded last season shows what kind of excitement he could bring to Baltimore’s offense.
