Complaint pending

The guilt or innocence of these allegations will be decided in the future. Reports are surfacing that a complaint will be filed by the alleged victim, DeVincent Spriggs, via the statement of his attorney Todd Hollis:

The story broke on the morning of April 14, 2021, and details continue to pour in. Pittsburgh CBS affiliate KDKA has been covering the story and their initial footage can be seen below:

Local Pittsburgh News stations were the first to go on air with the reports. Now the reports are circulating as the NFL headliners as everyone is eager to report on the incident about such a prominent NFL figure as All-Pro and DPOY defensive lineman Aaron Donald.

The complaint has reportedly launched a police investigation into the matter.

The location of the incident is currently reported to be at the address of 1713 E Carson St, Pittsburgh, PA 15203. The after-hours club of the incident is currently identified as the “Boom Boom Room”. The Pittsburgh Police have issued the following statement:

"‘(We) are reviewing the complaint and are consulting with the District Attorney’s office which will determine whether charges are warranted against the accused individual” – Pittsburgh Police statement as per CBSPittsburgh KDKA Channel 2"

The outcome of the investigation will determine if charges will be filed.
