Offensive center

The second prospect out of the Big-12 football conference is a hulking offensive center out of the University of Oklahoma named Creed Humphrey (6.26-grade per NFL.com). The LA Rams love players who perform exceptionally well at the Senior Bowl and Creed Humphrey performed incredibly well.

There is no chance that Creed Humphrey falls to the Rams at 57 by random chance. There are three offensive centers getting a lot of interest in this draft. Oklahoma’s Creed Humphrey, Alabama’s Landon Dickerson, and Wisconsin-Whitewater’s Quinn Meinerz. If Dickerson and Meinerz come off the board first, there is a good chance that Humphrey will be there for the Rams at 57.

He is a hulking 6-foot-4 302-pound outstanding center from Oklahoma. He is a blue-collar workhorse in the trenches, but above the shoulder pads, he is a white-collar strategist. He has a tremendously low center of gravity, loves to mix it up with defenders, and can move the pile forward, or sit back to forge an impenetrable wall capable of protecting the quarterback against the most gifted pass rushers.

He is a leader, a Senior Bowl standout, and has been described as the best offensive lineman on the football field in almost all scenarios. He is one tough sonofagun, and he will be an excellent addition to the LA Rams offensive line.
