In Matthew Stafford’s first season with Los Angeles, he has the Rams on the precipice of hosting the Super Bowl as they take on the San Francisco 49ers in the NFC Championship Game.

WynnBET has the Rams as 3.5-point favorites and -180 on the moneyline (bet $18 to win $10) while the over/under is set at 46.5.

As bettors hone in on the spread, they should instead look to the value the Rams present as home favorites on the over/under.

Rams Betting Trend

At 10-10 against the spread (ATS) over their last 20 games and 11-8-1 on the over/under in that time frame, the Rams have been tough to figure out for bettors as it seems oddsmakers have a pretty good handle on their games.

However, when the Rams are a home favorite like they are in the NFC Championship Game, we’ve seen tremendous value on the under. They’ve gone under the total in this situation in five of their last six.

But it goes beyond even this season with Stafford at the helm and seems to be indicative of head coach Sean McVay. In fact, over their last 20 games as a home favorite dating back to 2019, the Rams are 4-16 to the under. McVay is content to rely on a stout defense and strong running game to grind down the clock in these situations, and as bettors we should take advantage.

Against a 49ers team this weekend that has seen just one game since week 14 go over 44 points (albeit against these Rams), bettors should key in on this trend that has been money in the McVay era.

Give me the under 46.5 in the NFC Championship Game as my best bet.

Don’t risk losing any value to line movement and head on over to WynnBET to take advantage of this trend now.
