Lenny is in a Little Trouble

The Rams have had so many injuries this year, I just can’t help but dib 2007 “Rams Boot Camp.” I mean I think it’s somewhat of an understatement to say this year has been like boot camp for this team in St. Louis but we’ll come up with another name later. Defensive end Leonard Little is the next guy on the list for the team, as he may need surgery for a nagging toe injury that could keep him out for the rest of the season.
Quite frankly, this isn’t the worst of all the injuries that’s happened to us, but this guy is one of the many cornerstone’s that this team built it’s success around in the glory years. Well, those glory years are gone. Anyway, Little aggravated the injury in Baltimore back on October 14. He did have his first sack in the game, and it just so happened the aggravation came on the same play. What do you know?
"“I came around on the sack, and it got caught on the turf,” Little recalled. “I felt it give way a little bit.”"
Leonard wants to play through the pain and do the surgery at the end of the season and at this point, I don’t think there’s any point. This team is clearly done, just have the surgery and we’ll see you next year.
