Fort Zumwalt West Jaguars Must Win

T. J. Moe Fort Zumwalt West Football

I would like to give a shout out to the local Fort Zumwalt West Jaguars.  The Fort Zumwalt West Jaguars (7-2), must defeat the Troy-Buchanan Trojans (3-5) tonight to gain entry into the 2008 Missouri MSHSAA Playoffs. The Jaguars suffered a heartbreaking 56-55 lost last week to the Jeff City Jays (6-2). T.J. Moe (verbally committed to the University of Missouri) had the best game I have ever seen. T.J. was 23 of 31 passing for 565 yards with 6 touchdowns. In addition T.J. added 90 yards rushing and two more touchdowns. That’s right Moe accounted for 8 touchdowns and lost! The Jaguars are the highest scoring team in the area averaging over 52 points per game. It is too early for the Jaguars to bow out now. We wish them luck tonight against the Trojans.

*****UPDATE***** The Fort Zumwalt West Jaguars won 63-27 over the Troy-Buchanan Trojans

This Friday’s (11/14/08) Rematch in the Quarterfinals could be a good one.  Of course, we are hoping for a repeat of the outcome from the Jags last meeting with the Jays.

Welcome JC Sports. Well I hope the Jaguars can play as well as they did the first time. That was an amazing game and the funnest football game I have seen this year. Everyone that can get there should take this one in. I am going up to check out the Kansas City Chiefs vs. the Saints game so I will be unable to attend. If you want to share your story from the game, etc. send it to me and I will post it. Both teams deserve more media attention.
