Fort Zumwalt West vs. Jeff City Jays

Three weeks ago in a game for the ages the Jeff City Jays beat the Fort Zumwalt West jaguars 56-55 at Fort Zumwalt. Can the Jaguars turn the tables this week as they will be playing at Adkins Stadium in Jefferson City Friday night at 7pm? The Jaguars are 9-2 and coming off a great win Last week beating Desmet 35-21 at CBC High School. T.J. Moe had another terrific game with 207 yards passing and 179 rushing. Desmet was only allowing 9 points per game until the Jaguars were able to put up 35 on them. Fort Zumwalt West is averaging 52 points per game and has not been held under 21 all season. The key to the game however will be if the Jaguars can slow down the equally explosive Jeff City Jays who are averaging 46 points per game. The Jays are ranked 4th in the state in Class 6, while the Jaguars are ranked 5th. The winner will move forward and play the winner of the Rockhurst @ Blue Springs clash.

We would like to give another shout out to T.J. Moe who will be going on to Mizzou to play college football. We hope Moe can continue his fabulous season. T.J. now has 30 rushing touchdowns along with 28 passing touchdowns for a total of 58! In addition to the TDs, Moe has also accounted for 4328 total yards!
