Rams 29th In Latest ESPN Power Rankings

facebooktwitterreddit

ESPN has released their pre-draft NFL Power Rankings, and as you might expect the Rams are awfully low on the list. They aren’t last, which I guess is a good thing, but they are pretty close. The Rams checked in at 29, ahead of Indianapolis, Minnesota and Cleveland. I’m not surprised, but it still hurts to see your team near the bottom.

I guess the real questions is, are these rankings accurate? I mean, the Rams finished last season with the second worst record in the league, so their ranking is higher than that. I don’t know if I believe that there are only three teams who are worse on paper than the Rams right now, but it’s hard to say. Miami and Jacksonville are both ahead of St. Louis on the list, and I think the Rams are better than both those teams right now (especially the Jaguars). It might be hometown bias, but I guess we’ll just have to wait until the season starts to find out for sure.

So what does Rams Nation have to say about these rankings? Do you think the Rams should be higher, lower or are they just right? Feel free to hit up the comments section and let us know where you would put the Rams on the pre-draft Power Rankings.
