The Rams will be without a number of their offensive and defensive linemen for this weeks contest against the Washington Redskins. Most notably, Rok Watkins, who filled in as the starter against Detroit after Scott Wells left the game, will not be one of the 45 players dressing for the game. Left tackle Rodger Saffold came back on Wednesday with limited action, but fully participated in practice for the rest of the week. He is currently listed as questionable, although there have been hints that he will get the nod as the starter. If not, Wayne Hunter, who the Rams acquired in the trade of Jason Smith, will get the start on the left side of the line, next to recently re-signed Quinn “Moose” Ojinnaka. Tight end Mike McNeill, who had a big catch against the Lions, is listed as questionable against the Redskins, although Kendrick was the tight end in the game for over 75% of snaps last week.

On the defensive side of the ball, DT Brockers and Conrath are both not expected to play in the game. Darell Scott was released on Thursday in order to elevate another center from the practice squad.

For the Redskins, all-star wide receiver, and RGIII’s favorite target, Pierre Garcon is currently listed as questionable. He did not practice for a majority of the week, and was limited on Thursday.  Coach Shanahan noted that Garcon would be a “game time” decision, but there have been numerous reports this morning that he will not be playing against the Rams,
