NFC East

Philadelphia Eagles: 9-7

Dallas Cowboys: 8-8

New York Giants: 7-9

Washington Redskins: 6-10

Unless Robert Griffin III and the Redskins defense proves otherwise this season, the Redskins are just a small step behind in the division. However, if this team plays like the 2012 team, I could easily see them making a worst to first run.

NFC North

Green Bay Packers 12-4

Chicago Bears: 11-5

Detroit Lions: 10-6

Minnesota Vikings: 4-12

This is really a two-man race between the Bears and the Packers, although Detroit could make a push. If Aaron Rogers stay healthy however, the Packers are the team to beat.

NFC South

New Orleans Saints: 11-5

Carolina Panthers: 8-8

Tampa Bay Buccaneers: 7-9

Atlanta Falcons: 6-10

All the Saints did in the offseason was get better, and add more weapons for Drew Brees. The Panthers don’t have a real experienced wide receivers on their offense to help Cam Newton, therefore it will be up to their young guys to step up and their defense and run game to carry the load. Falcons did get better where they needed to, but they are still missing a piece or two from getting back into the post season.

NFC West

San Francisco 49ers: 13-3

Seattle Seahawks: 11-5

St. Louis Rams: 10-6

Arizona Cardinals: 10-6

This team is going to be another dogfight until the end when the 49ers pull ahead. Although it is rare that all four teams end up with double-digit wins, if any division can do it, it’s this one.

Playoffs:

1. San Francisco 49ers

2. Green Bay Packers

3. New Orleans Saints

4. Philadelphia Eagles

5. Chicago Bears

6. Seattle Seahawks

*7. St. Louis Rams, Detroit Lions, or Arizona Cardinals
