The St. Louis Rams have been rumored to be moving out of St. Louis and go back to Los Angeles. However, the Gateway City is doing whatever it takes not to allow it to happen. St. Louis leaders and developers have been putting together stadium plans. Experience a new vision for the city of St. Louis and the NFL with an iconic stadium worthy of sharing the riverfront with the Gateway Arch.

The task force working to build a riverfront NFL stadium in St. Louis called Wednesday’s meeting with the league in New York City a “milestone,” and on Thursday released further renderings and video of the proposed development. Here’s the video:

Obviously the first thing to point out is that it is an outdoor stadium which will make the November and December games a lot more cold than they are right now in the Edward Jones Dome.

Aside from that however, the Stadium has some nice features. First off it’s at a great location right on the river and secondly has an open look view from the outside which is pretty cool. Overall it is an awesome stadium design.

One other thing that jus out is that when there were logos shown, it was the RAMS logo that the video showed. The city wants the Rams to stay. In the video they didnt have to show any logo, they could have just shown an NFL logo, but it was the Rams. When there was a shot of fans, there were fans in Rams jersey’s. It was a pretty cool effect.

Obviously these are only stadium designs and there is no guarantee that the stadium will actually get build. However, the fact that they are out there and there was some serious thought put into them is a good sign for St. Louis and for the Rams staying.
