Los Angeles Rams punter Johnny Hekker was at it again with the jokes after the announcement was made about the team being part of Amazon’s second season of “All or Nothing.”
To say last year was a major disappointment for the Los Angeles Rams would be one of the biggest understatements of the year after the team finished with a 4-12 record, which is even more embarrassing since they jumped out to a 3-1 start. Lucky for fans of the Rams and the NFL in general, Amazon’s second season of the hit documentary series All or Nothing will feature the team’s journey throughout the 2016 season, even if it’s going to seem painful at times.

It was one thing for Los Angeles to appear on the hit HBO show Hard Knocks since one of the main focuses was seeing how the team made the transition moving from St. Louis, but watching a documentary about the ups and downs (mostly downs) from 2016 will certainly be interesting. From the firing of Jeff Fisher in the middle of the regular season to switching from Case Keenum to Jared Goff at quarterback, at least the Rams will provide fans with plenty of excitement, despite their disappointing record.
Of course, with the news of Los Angeles featured on the upcoming season, it was only a matter of time before punter Johnny Hekker chimed in with a joke on Twitter, which was exactly the case over the weekend. Once again, this is why Hekker is always considered a fan favorite for the Rams since he never holds any jokes back, no matter what the topic may be.
Unfortunately for Hekker, there’s a good chance he and the rest of his teammates aren’t going to receive the hookup for free Amazon Prime accounts, but it certainly doesn’t hurt to try. For a team that only recorded four wins all of 2016, at least the Rams received plenty of exposure during their first season back in Los Angeles.

As for the upcoming 2017 season, early signs point to the Rams turning things around during the first year under Sean McVay at head coach. And when seeing the key signings made in free agency, it’s safe to say there’s going to be a lot more excitement on both ends of the football, which is a shame since Amazon won’t be able to document it like last year.
