Brian Stull To Report From NFL Scouting Combine
ST. LOUIS – Which college football player will the St. Louis Rams select with the #2 overall pick in the upcoming 2009 NFL Draft? Which NFL team is interested in nabbing top recruits like Michael Crabtree, Matthew Stafford, Mark Sanchez and Jeremy Maclin.
The 2009 Scouting Combine, taking place from February 18 through 24, 2009, is the annual “job fair” for prospective new NFL players, and where NFL teams gather to scout collegiate athletes who are entering the NFL Draft in April. For six days at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, college football players are put through a series of drills, tests and interviews with more than 600 NFL personnel including head coaches, general managers and scouts.
101 ESPN’s Brian Stull will be at the 2009 Scouting Combine to provide up-to-the-minute updates on the “Parris & Burwell” and “The Fast Lane” shows. Stull will also sit down with the collegiate player prospects, head office representatives from the St. Louis Rams, and members of various NFL teams in order to get the inside scoop on how each team is putting together their draft decisions.
