Bradford Shows Up At Rams Park

Whilestill in an intense battle with illness, I did manage to crawl out of bed today long enough to make it to work, so I figured it would be a good time to get back to reporting on the Rams as well. I have to admit that I’ve been out of the loop for the last week or so, but I was pleasantly surprised to learn that quarterback Sam Bradford was at Rams Park today. According to Jim Thomas of the Post-Dispatch, Bradford got in a workout in the weight room and said hello to coaches, including new OC Josh McDaniels. I know that many people are concerned about the effect the impending work-stoppage will have on Bradford learning the new offense, but at least he and McD have met face-to-face finally. Thomas says there is no indication that Bradford and McD met for an extended period of time, but apparently they did meet.

P.S. I don’t know if McD (like famous director McG) is a nickname that McDaniels has had before, although it seems like a fairly obvious one, but I’ve decided that since it’s much easier to type and since my laziness as a typist is well-known, I’m going to be using it from now on. If anyone has any ideas for a better nickname, I’m open to suggestions, but until then, McD it is.
