WR Eric Decker
Decker may have benefited quite a bit from having a legend of the game in Peyton Manning throwing him the football, and because of that will more than likely end up getting a big pay-day.
However in 2011, with a sub-sub-sub-par quarterback in Tim Tebow throwing the ball, Decker still managed 612 yards receiving and eight touchdowns. There is no doubt Decker would bring experience and big play ability to the Rams offense.
Decker may require a larger contract, but it shouldn’t be anything too extreme that the Rams won’t be able to handle. Decker is coming off of his two best years as a pro, and certainly can come in and be the number one guy.
Other Options: Hakeem Nicks(one-year contract), James Jones, or Golden Tate
