17. Baltimore Ravens
Zach Martin
OT, Notre Dame

Ray Rice had his worst season yet as a pro, the Ravens will look to fix that as well as help protect Flacco. Martin is a plug and play guy and will give the Ravens what they need.

18. New York Jets
Marquise Lee
WR, USC

The Jets need to give Vick or Smith some weapons to work with, and although they did sign Decker in free agency, Lee will give them a solid option on the other side.

19. Miami Dolphins
Cyrus Kouandjio
OT, Alabama

The Dolphins are in desperate need of offensive line especially after the Jonathan Martin, Richie Incognito incident. Kouandjio projects well as a right tackle which bodes well after the signing of Brandon Albert in the offseason.

20. Arizona Cardinals
Teddy Bridgewater
QB, Louisville

The Cardinals could take an offensive lineman here, but Palmer is getting up there in age and they will need to find a replacement and they can still take a good offensive lineman in the second round. Bridgewater can groom behind Palmer and learn the game.

21. Green Bay Packers
Ryan Shazier
LB, Ohio St.

Shazier is more suited for a 4-3, but next to Clay Matthews, Shazier will fit right in. The Packers need to improve on the defensive side of the ball and Shazier will be a great addition.

22. Philadelphia Eagles
Odell Beckham Jr.
WR, LSU

The Eagles made a bold decision letting go of DeSean Jackson. They will be looking to find his replacement as well as maybe be their number one target next season as Maclin only signed a one-year deal for this season.

23. Kansas City Chiefs
Stephen Tuitt
DE,Notre Dame

The Chiefs defense played considerably well last season, but as the season went on it began to get exposed and deteriorate.  Tuitt has a rare combination of size and quickness, a player who will play at 300-plus pounds and drive blockers with power but can also turn, rip, bend and get around defenders with agility.

24. Cincinnati Bengals
Kyle Fuller
CB, Virginia Tech

The Bengals need a cornerback and Fuller is a physical corner that will fit in well on a solid Bengals defense.
