The St. Louis Rams travel to Seattle to take on the division rival Seattle Seahawks in Seattle for the third straight year. The Rams will be looking to sweep the Seahawks as well as get a win in CenturyLink field for the first time since 2004. Here is this week’s injury report and who’s in and who’s out.
St. Louis Rams
CB E.J. Gaines – Concussion – DNP – Doubtful
C Scott Wells – Back – Full – Probable
CB Janoris Jenkins – Back – Full – Probable
DE Chris Long – Not Injury Related – DNP – Probable
Once again the St. Louis Rams find themselves on the short end of the injury report, unlike they were much of the season. Unfortunately it looks like E.J. Gaines will miss the season finale due to the concussion that he suffered last week after he was hit by safety T.J. McDonald. Other than Gaines, it looks like the Rams will be relatively healthy.
Seattle Seahawks
DE Demarcus Dobbs – Ankle – DNP – Out
WR Jermaine Kearse – Hamstring – DNP – Out
TE Cooper Helfet – Ribs – Limited – Questionable
WR Chris Matthews – Limited – Questionable
CB Tharold Simon – Shoulder – Limited – Questionable
C Max Unger – Knee/Ankle – Full – Questionable
RB Marshawn Lynch – Back – Full – Probable
T Russell Okung – Chest – Full – Probable
TE Tony Moeaki – Shoulder – Full – Probable
For the Seahawks, it looks like Kearse will be out with his hamstring injury. The other two big question marks for the Seahawks are Okung and Unger. Okung has been cleared to play and Unger will be a game time decision. Whether or not those two play could have a big impact on the game as the Seahawks will have to find somebody who can block the Rams’ dominant defensive line.
