Receptions: Stedman Bailey

2014 Leader: Jared Cook (52)

2015 Prediction: 68 receptions

No this is not a dream, a Rams receiver may actually lead the team in receptions! Tight end Jared Cook has been the leading receiver the past couple seasons and will be close, but I see this being Stedman Bailey’s breakout year.

With Brian Quick likely missing a couple games while recovering from his shoulder injury, Bailey will be in the running for a starting job opposite Kenny Britt. Speaking of Britt, he would be the top dog here but sadly I just can’t see him having another injury free year. Going back to Bailey, he always seems to heat up towards the end of the season only to take a step back. This past season, Bailey missed two games after being suspended for PED’s. Despite catching just 30 balls in 2014, he has shown flashes of potential and if he can get his snaps early in the season, we may see Sted come into his own. 2015 will be his best opportunity thus far to establish himself.
