I cannot express how pleased I was with how quarterback Nick Foles played last week. He showed toughness, poise, control, accuracy, and good decision making. These attributes seem alien to a Rams QB since it has been awhile since a competent one stood under center. Stop the safari St. Louis, you may have finally found the guy you have been searching for. Against Seattle, Foles threw for 297 yards, two TDs (one rushing), and no picks. He wasn’t afraid to throw the deep ball either. He did fumble twice however. Despite blowing an 11 point lead, the Rams never looked down and out, an attitude that multiple players listed Foles’ responsible for crafting. Facing an inferior defense in Washington, I see Foles continuing his success.
