You can’t answer the previous question without knowing whether or not Foles ever regains the starting role in 2015, whether or not head coach Jeff Fisher and GM Les Snead are still at the helm and the possibility of relocation is constantly looming. But let’s take a look at the pool of possible prospects that should be on the Rams’ radar come April.

Jared Goff, California: Goff is a tall, strong prototypical quarterback prospect. He has been a starter since his freshman season and is regarded as the most NFL ready quarterback in college football at the moment. However, some shaky play of late has him slipping and others gaining. Goff projects to be a top 10 ten draft pick in 2016.

Paxton Lynch, Memphis: Lynch is a player gaining on Gof thanks to his miscues. Lynch is another strong-armed quarterback that has gotten better each year of his college career. The main knock on Lynch is his division. Playing in the AAC isn’t exactly the best-of-the-best in the college world. This makes a jump to the NFL even more of a challenge. Even with the poor competition, Lynch still projects to be a top 10 selection in the Spring.
