The Ravens are coming off a tough loss last week against the Jaguars, and are hoping to save their disaster of a season. The Rams top 10 defense is looking to get back on track, however they will be without pass rusher Robert Quinn and possibly Chris Long.
The Rams will most likely lean towards Todd Gurley once again, as the Rams currently are 3-1 when Gurley rushes for over 100 yards. Unfortunately the Ravens have the tenth best rush defense in the NFL. Can the Rams find some type of spark with new quarterback Case Keenum? They will have too in order to stay in the playoff hunt.

After the Rams worst loss of the season last week against the Chicago Bears, I think St. Louis will bounce back in a strong defensive showing against the Baltimore Ravens. The defense looks to be getting healthy again with Robert Quinn back on the front seven and hopefully Chris Long will also return this week. Though I think the defense will re-bound this week, I don’t think having Case Keenum at quarterback is what the Rams need. Keenum will give the Ravens enough different looks to throw the their banged up defense off-kilter. Overall, I’d look for a defensive showdown between these two struggling teams. With a win this week against the Ravens, the Rams can get their record back to .500 and continue to fight for a Wild Card spot in the NFC.

Watching the Rams worst loss of the season last week, was dreadful. The Rams have been known for having a promising season, yet slowly falling apart halfway through the season with injuries or players not performing to their best. With a new quarterback under center for the Rams, and a pass rush that will be without Robert Quinn and possibly Chris Long, it could be a long day for the Rams. St. Louis is on the road which will not help at all, against a decent Ravens defense. If the Rams are going to win this game, they need to feed Todd Gurley more than they think they do. Unfortunately the Rams offensive line is being changed up again with even more injuries. Too many negatives for the Rams in this game.

This is a really tough prediction. Rams are currently going in a new direction at quarterback with Case Keenum. The Ravens have been losing games all season. I expect a defensive struggle with lots of field goals. The Rams should come out on top with a superior defense (that didn’t show up last week against the Chicago Bears).
Prediction: Rams 20 Ravens 16

Baltimore has had their fair share of injuries this year and their record certainly shows that. However, home field advantage for the Ravens will make this even tougher on a beat up Rams squad. With Robert Quinn ruled out and Chris Long still questionable the once dominant St. Louis pass rush is a shadow of it’s former self. Add on the fact that Case Keenum is under center for the first time for the Rams and you have the potential for some serious growing pains. This one is all Baltimore all day.
Prediction: Rams 14 Ravens 21
