The St. Louis Rams (7-8) will be visiting their rivals the San Francisco 49ers (4-11) in another divisional matchup. St. Louis is currently on a three game winning streak and can end the season with a 5-1 record in the division. Unfortunately for San Francisco, they are riding a three game losing streak and have zero wins in division play.

Rams quarterback Case Keenum  holds a 3-1 record since being handed the starting role, but could have some trouble with a key Ram doubtful for the matchup. Running back Todd Gurley is listed as doubtful which means Tre Mason could get the start Sunday.
