1. Carson Wentz – North Dakota QB
Here’s the one that we’ve all been waiting for. Carson Wentz out of North Dakota state has picked up a lot of steam in the last couple of weeks. The Rams are in need of a quarterback, and if they are going to take on in the first round, Wentz is a guy to watch.
Playing at North Dakota State, Wentz didnt play against top competition week in and week out. This week will be big for him, as he gets a chance to face better competition every day and prove that his skill set can translate against NFL talent.
If he has a good week there is a chance that he isn’t available when the Rams pick at 15. If he’s average, there is a chance that he could fall to them. This is a chance for scouts to see what Wentz can really do.
