3. CB Jerry Gray 1989

With six interceptions and one returned for a touchdown, it was enough to get Rams cornerback Jerry Gray and spot in the Pro Bowl and he took advantage of it. Gray is only one of four cornerbacks to ever win the defensive MVP award in the Pro Bowl.

In a game dominated by the defense, Gray recorded 7 tackles and a 51-yard interception return for a touchdown,  a Pro Bowl record,  to help the NFC to a 27-21 win. After the game, Gray was quoted saying, “We have so many special athletes on defense, especially the outside linebackers, that to be selected as the MVP is really an honor.”
