With the conclusion of the Super Bowl, it is now time to focus solely on the offseason and there is no doubt that this offseason is a big one of the Los Angeles Rams. After three seven win seasons in the last four years, the Rams must take the next step in 2016.

Not to mention the Rams will be in a new city making that first impression that much more important. Winning is almost a must this season. That doesn’t mean they have to win the Super Bowl, but a winning season and playoffs should be the goal.

The offseason is divided into four parts: cutting players, re-signing players, free agency, and the draft. The Rams have a lot of free agents and will have to make some difficult decisions if they want to bring back some of their free agents. If I were Les Snead, here is my offseason plan for the Los Angeles Rams.
