The Los Angeles Rams made a very difficult decision on Friday by cutting linebacker James Laurinaitis. A fan favorite in his time with the Rams, it is moments like these that make you realize that the NFL isn’t just a game and there is actually a business aspect to it.

Cutting Laurinaitis couldnt have been an easy thing to for Jeff Fisher and Les Snead to do as he was one of those players that did everything that was asked of him and he did it 110% all of the time no matter what. It’s only a shame that the team couldn’t give him a winning season, because without a doubt, he deserved it.
