4. Connor Cook

Connor Cook is very similar to Matt Barkley in the sense that he may have waited a year too long to come out. Had he come out last year, Cook was in the discussion to be a top-ten pick if not at the very least a first rounder.

One year later and he is probably a 4th round selection. He has the tools to be that first round quarterback. He’s a confident passer has the touch, anticipation, and arm strength. However, he doesn’t do well with pressure and has an ailing shoulder injury.

The bottom line is that Cook may not be the first round quarterback that he was a year ago, but he still has the tools. If a team is looking for a guy to sit back and watch for a year or two, Cook is your guy.
