2. Jared Goff

Goff was once considered the best quarter shows many of the traits scouts are looking for in a pro-style quarterback, including impressive accuracy, the courage to stand in the pocket and enough functional mobility to buy time when he needs to.

He does come with his flaws however as he needs to work on some footwork and takes too many hits as he was sacked 81 times over three years. His accuracy also struggles when he is on the move.

The fact of the matter her is, Goff is your stereotypical franchise quarterback. Scouts and experts have compared him to Matt Ryan and that in itself is promising. There are some questions on Goff, but there is also a lot of potential for him to turn into a top-10 NFL quarterback.
