1. Carson Wentz

Carson Wentz has gone from nobody knowing who he was, to arguably the best quarterback in the class. He looks the part of a franchise quarterback with good arm strength to deliver downfield and functional mobility as a scrambler to avoid pass rushers and extend plays.

The few knocks on Wentz is that he played at a small school in the FCS at North Dakota State and he locks onto his reads. He also did suffer an injury, but was able to come back from it and lead his team to a National Title.

Wentz, while playing at a small school, has all the tools to be a franchise quarterback. Sitting for 2-4 weeks to learn the game wouldnt hurt, but he is a guy that can play right away. He is the most impressive quarterback in this year’s class and has the highest potential.
